This study aimed to determine the effect of physical activity and selected games in leisure time on feeling loneliness, self-efficacy, life expectancy elderly women. The research was a quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest with control group. statistical population included women aged over 60 years old Mashhad's homes. 50 available were as participants. subjects divided into three groups: activity, game, control.
